My goal is to make software, web sites, and/or business applications easier to use–by understanding and observing people using them.
During my 20+ years in the User Experience field, I have conducted many usability studies, designed many applications from concept to roll-out, helped redesign third party software, facilitated Design Thinking Studios, brainstorming sessions, collaborative design sessions, and more.
I have the most success when I can conduct usability studies early in the development cycle and can use that data to inform the design from the beginning. This saves time and money for the projects.
